Russ Lee was a fabricator for over 13 years during the early development of the solid surface industry. He has owned and operated shops ranging in size from just a few people to dozens of employees.

In the late 1990's Russ left hands-on fabrication to become editor of SolidSurface magazine, a position he held for six years. During that time, he crisscrossed the globe in search of the latest developments in manufacturing and fabrication.

In 2005, he left the magazine to pursue his interests in helping fabricators learn how to improve their marketing positions. Today, he is a general contractor and co-founder of sitesNsolutions.
 

Michelle Millet represents the second generation of participation in the countertop industry. Combining her knowledge of fabrication with technical expertise in electronic marketing, she has co-founded sitesNsolutions, which specializes in helping countertop fabricators understand and maximize their use of the Internet as a marketing tool.
