Norm Walters has a long history as a contractor and entrepreneur in the home improvement industry. He began his career as a roofing contractor with his father in 1983, a profession he pursued for the next 15 years. That led to obtaining a general contractor’s license, which he used to renovate houses for resale. In 2005, Norm became certified as a fabricator and installer of solid surface countertops and fine-tuned his business emphasis to specialize in kitchen and bath remodels, kitchen cabinet re-facing and solid surface and quartz countertop installations.
Norm’s wife, Susan, is also intimately involved in the family enterprise. She uses her design skills to help customers pick out just the right materials and colors, helps install cabinets and countertops, and plays a key role as quality control inspector on finished installations.
